This is our annual 90 minute ritual which sets an imprint for the
year to come. Expect a sankalpa (intention) prayer to ground you and set
a template for how we shape 2026. This is followed by a comprehensive asana class and concludes
with a 30 minute Yoga Nidra.
These two hours will guide you home - into each and every cell of your body and fully into the space that surrounds you.
If possible (not mandatory) please bring:
a flower petal or leaf
a few grains of rice,
and a small cup of water for the Sankalpa prayer.
