Spring Equinox practice

Join me live on the morning of the Spring Equinox for a virtual slow flow and restorative yoga practice to honor the turning of the season. This is a practice of balance, light and dark, rest and renewal, inviting the body to gently awaken after winter’s inward pull.

We’ll move slowly and intentionally, create space through soft, nourishing movement and settle the nervous system as we transition from dormancy into growth. We’ll close with guided journaling to reflect on what’s ready to emerge, what you’re tending with care, and how you want to meet the season ahead.

This will be a spacious practice, no forcing, no striving but just presence, intention and gentle activation as we step into spring.
